THE CHALLENGE

Following a successful Series A raise, Legalfly needed to accelerate commercial growth while building its marketing function from the ground up.

The business had strong product-market potential, helping legal teams automate contract review, drafting, discovery, and regulatory compliance workflows using AI. However, there was no established demand engine, limited visibility into marketing attribution, and no repeatable process for generating qualified pipeline.

Mesa Growth was brought in to create the foundations for scalable growth across events, webinars, paid acquisition, CRM operations, and reporting.
